ServiLab YS originated as a result of a conversation among a group of medical examiners serving agents and brokers in the Life, Disability, and Long Term Care Insurance industries.

The common denominator found in the bulk of their conversations had to do with the constant complaints by agents regarding the need for better availability of examiners to accommodate the tight schedules of some of their clients, as well as ensuring the proper handling and timely submission of the complete paperwork to the insurance company.

This all gave way to the formation of ServiLab YS as a proactive response to further enhance the Agent-Examiner experience, which ultimately benefits the entire workflow process of an application from beginning to end!
